계정 삭제
앱이나 웹에서 직접 지우기
- 오피스워에 구글 또는 카카오로 로그인합니다. 앱을 지웠다면 이 웹(아래 버튼)에서 같은 계정으로 로그인하면 됩니다.
- 오락실 → 내 정보 → 계정 → 계정 삭제.
- 두 가지 중 고릅니다.
- 7일 뒤 삭제(기본): 신청하면 다른 기기는 바로 로그아웃되고, 7일 동안은 다시 로그인해서 취소할 수 있어요. 7일이 지나면 지워집니다.
- 지금 바로 삭제: 확인 단어를 입력하면 그 자리에서 지워집니다. 되돌릴 수 없어요.
로그인할 수 없을 때
이메일 myid998877@gmail.com 으로 "계정 삭제"라고 보내 주세요. 구글 로그인이면 그 구글 이메일, 카카오 로그인이면 카카오 닉네임을 적어 주시면 본인 계정인지 확인한 뒤 지체 없이 지웁니다.
지워지는 것
- 포인트와 포인트 내역, 주인공 직급과 능력치
- 게임별 저장, 몬스터 카드, 미션, 운세, 악당 도감
- 이 계정에 연결된 모든 기기의 로그인
- 커뮤니티 프로필, 좋아요, 차단 목록, 받은함, 동의 기록, 커뮤니티 포인트, 올린 사진
- 커뮤니티 글과 댓글 — '7일 뒤 삭제'를 신청할 때 함께 지우기 또는 '탈퇴한 회원'으로 남기기(작성자 없이)를 고를 수 있어요. '지금 바로 삭제'는 함께 지웁니다
남는 것과 그 기간
- 순위표 점수: 이름 없이 '익명'으로 남습니다.
- 커뮤니티에서 이용 제한(정지)을 받은 상태로 지운 경우: 같은 로그인 계정으로 다시 가입해 제한을 피하지 못하도록, 로그인 식별자를 되돌릴 수 없게 바꾼 값(해시)만 제한 기간 동안(최대 180일) 남겼다가 지웁니다.
- 서버 백업: 하루 한 번 데이터베이스 백업을 만듭니다. 지운 정보도 이미 만들어진 백업에는 남아 있다가 보관 기간이 지나면 사라집니다(서버 안 사본 7일, 서버 밖 일별 사본 90일. 서버 밖에는 달마다 한 벌의 월별 사본도 만들어지며 그 보관 기간은 확정 예정). 백업을 복원하는 일이 생기면 지운 계정은 다시 지웁니다.
Delete your account
Delete it yourself, in the app or on the web
- Sign in to Office War with Google or Kakao. If you removed the app, sign in on this website (button below) with the same account.
- Arcade → My info → Account → Delete account.
- Choose one:
- Delete in 7 days (default): your other devices are signed out at once, and for 7 days you can sign in again to cancel. After 7 days the account is deleted.
- Delete right now: type the confirmation word and it is deleted on the spot. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in
Email myid998877@gmail.com with "Delete my account". Tell us the Google email (Google sign-in) or the Kakao nickname (Kakao sign-in); we check that the account is yours and delete it without delay.
What is deleted
- Points and points history, hero rank and stats
- Game saves, monster cards, missions, fortunes, villain log
- Sign-ins on every device linked to the account
- Community profile, likes, block list, inbox, consent records, community points, uploaded pictures
- Community posts and comments — when you ask for deletion in 7 days you choose to delete them too or keep them as 'Former member' (with no author); 'Delete right now' deletes them too
What stays, and for how long
- Leaderboard scores stay, shown as 'Anonymous'.
- If the account was under a community restriction when deleted: so the same sign-in cannot rejoin to escape it, only an irreversible hash of the sign-in identifier is kept for the restriction's length (at most 180 days), then removed.
- Server backups: the database is backed up once a day. Deleted information stays in backups already made until they expire (7 days on the server, 90 days for the daily copies off the server; one monthly copy is also kept off the server, for a period to be set). If a backup is ever restored, deleted accounts are deleted again.
